Change of plans - non-live challenge instead of a live one tonight guys.
This challenge allows you all to be Davina and Julie's travel agents!
Here's how this works:
SCENARIO: At last! Julie & Davina have gotten married! But now it's time for the honeymoon trip, and since the ladies are busy hosting Big Brother, they haven't got any time to plan their trip!!
Julie & Davina have a few places they'd like to visit. First, they'll want to go to Cheju Island in Korea by way of Seoul, the honeymooners' paradise! From there, they'll want to go for a romantic minibreak in the city of lights. Oh la la! Finally, they'll end up in magical Ljubljana, Slovenia. Then it's back home.
Your mission:
1) Find the cheapest airfare from London to Seoul, Korea for Davina. Find the cheapest airfare from Los Angeles to Seoul, Korea for Julie. The flights must depart sometime from July 27th to August 2nd, and must be timed so that the ladies arrive in Korea on the same day.
2) Find the cheapest 4-star hotel in Seoul for three nights from whenever the flights you've picked landed.
3) Find the cheapest airfare from Seoul to Paris for after the three-night stay in Seoul.
4) Find the cheapest 5-star hotel in Paris for two nights after the ladies arrive.
5) Then, find a way for the ladies to CHEAPLY get to Ljubljana - whether by train or discount airline.
6) Next, find a 3-star hotel there for as cheap as you can find for three more nights.
7) Lastly, find cheap flights for Julie and Davina from Ljubljana back to London, where Julie will move in with Davina. (You can also look for flights leaving from Vienna, Bratislava, Venice, or Zagreb if you think you can get it cheaper there - but then you must also include train fare from Ljubljana to the city.)
SOME RULES:
Your submission MUST be separated into the 7 parts outlined above. You must display from WHERE you got the prices, WHAT the hotels and airlines are, WHAT the dates are, and HOW MUCH it costs. WE WILL BE VERIFYING YOUR ANSWERS. If we cannot verify your answers, you WILL NOT WIN. If you screen cap your results, it will be that much easier for us to verify.
You must total the cost of this extravagant honeymoon bonanza at the bottom of the entry.
WHOMEVER ARRANGES THE CHEAPEST TOTAL VACATION PACKAGE FOR JULIE AND DAVINA WILL WIN THE POWER OF VETO.
You must submit your answers in a thread in your Diary Room called "Veto - Travel Agents".
You have until 6 PM EST / 11 PM GMT tomorrow to complete this challenge.
